We accept children into the program all year. We will always try to create an infant
opening first but most of our openings become available at the end of July and August
when our oldest children leave us to go into kindergarten.

After an initial client interview has been completed and a definite placement has been
confirmed, we require a deposit of 2 weeks, which will be applied to the child’s last 2 weeks
of daycare. The deposit will be refunded if we receive 4 weeks written notice of termination.

Before your child’s full enrollment, we ask you to schedule 1 to 2 visits at The Baby
Cottage with your child for approximately 2 to 4 hours to meet with your child’s
teacher/caregiver to familiarize her/him with the new environment.

Due to the long day at The Baby Cottage, all children rest or nap in their cribs
or on cots between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.
